The END

All good things must come to an end, so they say.  But in this case,  the end of a full time mission was just the beginning for a lifetime of opportunity.   It was pretty special to greet this Elder and his twin brother home.  Oh the anticipation!!!  I, mother/compiler/editor of this blog could hardly stand it.   It was one of the best days of my life.   One Word:  JOY.  Ok Maybe two:  PROFOUND LOVE.  Well, never mind word counting... It was just pretty special to be reunited.  And the spirit and light they carried!!!!  What a humbling experience to see their growth.  I wish I could have put it in a bottle and saved it forever.  (But their souls will have to do that instead by the daily choices they make.)

Seeing them hug in the airport was an absolutely fantastic moment.

But seeing The Brothers all together.... an absolutely fantastic moment multiplied to an exponential factor!

Here's a look at the drive home.
Fun began the moment they were together again.  I wish I video taped it.
Brotherly love at it's finest.

And then the inevitable Release.  (I think that was the least favorite part of their mission!  Hard to take that black name tag off!)

Elder Parker Traasdahl, your Missionary service was priceless.
Thank you for thrusting in your sickle with all of your heart, might, mind and strength and for putting the Lord first in your life.   We appreciate your missionary service and the blessings that came to us because of it.  The joy you have brought to our family is eternal.  The Lord smiles upon you.

WELL DONE THOU GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT! Matthew 25:21
